How do I get started?


Go live with ReCharge and launch subscriptions

Set up your payment processor, get subscriptions live on your site, ensure taxes and shipping are correct. Conduct a test subscription order to confirm setup is complete. Arrange a call with the ReCharge team to review your test subscription. You’ll need to complete this call before we complete your migration.

Compile customer data and payment data

Your team will need to fill out a migration spreadsheet so we can properly migrate customers into ReCharge. It’s crucial we get their current subscription details and payment information correct. We’ll review the data to make sure we have all the info necessary for the import.

Reserve your migration date with our team

While you’re setting up ReCharge, your old system will still process your existing subscriptions. On the day of the switch, you will cancel your old system and start processing orders in ReCharge from that point forward. We’ll make sure your customers are not double-billed.
