Katrina is a Registered Nurse turned Customer Success Specialist turned Content Marketer, with plenty of side quests in between. She graduated with a Bachelor's Degree of Science in Nursing but later found herself as a small business owner and freelance social media coordinator. This paved the way for her into the eCommerce tech space, working with merchants at Shopify before finding her way to Recharge. She worked in the customer success space as a technical support engineer and account manager before heading into marketing to provide a merchant-focused perspective on content. Her favorite merchants all belong in the health, wellness, and beauty verticals with an emphasis on all things matcha and skincare. Outside of work you'll probably find her in a climbing gym or eating her feelings.
