When they saw our recent integration with Smile.io — they decided to take their subscription service to the next level with this customer rewards addition. With ReCharge, they’ve been able to give their customers the option to sign up for automatic refills to be delivered every 1, 2, or 3 months — saving customers 20% in the process. It’s not only skyrocketed repeat sales for Run Gum, but provided the convenience their busy customers love.

When Nathan and his team saw that ReCharge had integrated with Smile.io, which powers reward programs for 15,000 merchants across the globe — they decided to give it a try. They’d been considering a loyalty program for some time, and the integration with ReCharge was the deciding factor.
